  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Ground
  • 1/4 Cup Erythritol Sweetener
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 Medium Eggs Beaten
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • Pam Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray

    Coconut Buttermilk

    • Mix coconut milk and lemon juice together and allow it to rest for 10 minutes, then add vanilla flavor.

    Mix Dry Ingredients

    • Mix almond flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, erythritol sweetener, and salt together.

    Prepare Eggs

    • Whisk eggs vigorously until the eggs are foamy.

    Combine Ingredients

    • Mix coconut buttermilk, water, dry ingredients, and eggs together to create the waffle batter.
