- 2 Cups Almond Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Ground
- 1/4 Cup Erythritol Sweetener
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 Medium Eggs Beaten
- 1/4 Cup Water
- Pam Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray

Mix Dry Ingredients
Mix almond flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, erythritol sweetener, and salt together.
Mix coconut buttermilk, water, dry ingredients, and eggs together to create the waffle batter.
Allow the waffle batter to sit for about 15 minutes.
Cook Low Carb Almond Waffles
When the waffle maker is hot enough, spray the grill with the Pam Olive Oil Cooking Spray, then add one portion of the almond flour waffle batter to the grill.
After the waffle is cooked, remove the waffle then repeat the cooking instructions until no more waffle batter is left.
